Teaching is part of our mission at HSGC.

Helping the greater Flint community learn about caring for animals is central to all we do. Providing educational opportunities for audiences of all ages is a priority for HSGC.

Schedule a tour for your group

HSGC offers a 45-minute interactive tour with our humane education specialist.  The tour is available for groups up to 20, and is available for preschool age to senior citizens.  The presentation discusses the mission of HSGC, includes a video about animal care/pet safety, and provides hands-on opportunities with a shelter pet.
